About
Many approaches to coaching are built on a deficit model, asking what’s lacking in you and how to close the gap. Integral Coaching® begins from the opposite premise: as human beings, we are already whole. It is from this wholeness, not from a sense of insufficiency, that we’re able to reshape the patterns that no longer serve us, take risks, and imagine what we are becoming. That’s what makes the growth self-generating and self-correcting, so it keeps moving you toward long-term excellence on its own, long after our work together ends.
We get there by working with six core intelligences — cognitive, emotional, somatic, relational, spiritual, and integrating. Each of these is treated not as a fixed trait but as a trainable skill, the way strength or flexibility is trainable. Through careful observation of how you currently operate in each area, we identify exactly where your growing edge is, then build specific practices to strengthen it.
Between sessions, you'll work with practices designed to build these capacities directly, so new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating become genuinely yours — skills you own — rather than ideas you understood once but can't yet live.
The result isn't a quick fix or a temporary boost. It's a durable, compounding capacity for growth — one that keeps generating movement toward your fullest expression long after coaching ends.
01
The beliefs, assumptions, and mental patterns that shape how you interpret and respond to your life — trainable through new frames and sharper self-observation.
02
Your capacity to recognize, regulate, and make use of feeling — rather than being run by it or cut off from it.
03
The physical, felt dimension of experience — posture, nervous system state, and embodied habits you can train directly.
04
Your patterns of connection, boundary-setting, and presence with others — skills that strengthen with practice.
05
The sense of meaning, purpose, and the sacred that orients and sustains you through change.
06
The master capacity that weaves the other five together — so growth compounds instead of staying siloed.
